Great opportunity to join a growing company with excellent restaurants already up and running. Join us as we grow with a new steak and Italian restaurant in Buckhead. We are in search of Managers, Sous Chefs, Servers, Cooks, Bartenders and Server Assistants for all of our restaurants.
MANAGEMENT and SOUS CHEFS must have the following:
*Excellent References
*Knowledge of the Industry
*Managing the front/back of the house staff
*Service and kitchen experience
*Beer, wine or liquor knowledge
*Honest and trustworthy
*Be responsible for hiring and training staff in the service areas
*A passion for the industry
*Great listening skills
*Proficient in Excel, WORD, Aloha POS or other POS system
*Leadership abilities
*Creative mind in the kitchen areas
*Assisting in the daily line-ups for the entire staff
*Hands-on approach to the restaurant and kitchen
*Managing the day to day operations of the kitchen or front of the house
*Managers must be friendly and guest focused
*Must be fair with the staff
*Goal oriented
*Multi-Tasker
*Non-smoker a plus
*Knowledge of food and beverage costs
*Knowledge of inventory control and procedures of inventory
*Will be involved with the daily decision making process
*Communication skills must be excellent
SERVERS, BUSSERS AND BARTENDERS:
Candidates must currently be employed within the restaurant business, be knowledgeable of the industry, have a willingness to learn, a passion for service and guests, be friendly, and have at least two-plus years in the restaurant business. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends and be able to handle a high volume section. Candidates should be considered to be the best in their current position. Knowledge of Italian wine service, full-service dining and cocktail service is a plus. Candidates must bring great references along with a wonderful track history within the restaurant business.
COOKS
Cooks must have a strong passion for the restaurant business with a desire to learn within a high volume restaurant. Must be creative, idea minded, and have high standards within the kitchen. A knowledge of steak or Italian cuisine is helpful. Culinary degree is a plus.
